Kindly note that delivery to destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and some rural destinations may take up to 5-7 business days from the time of dispatch.

Some orders may be subject to signature requirement upon delivery due to order value. UPS usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended). Please note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

All orders are fully traceable at our website. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office (PO) boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

FIRST-TIME ORDER POLICY

For security purposes, Clash & Burn reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.

PRE-ORDERS

Certain items are available for pre-order. The items you pre-order will be reserved for you, and will be shipped to you as soon as they become available. The estimated shipping date is noted on the product page and in the checkout process. If you place an order with pre-order items and in-stock items, you will receive separate shipments and shipment confirmations when each item is dispatched.
